BEGINNER'S STAMP MAKING
In this workshop you will learn the basics of printmaking. After a lesson about the tools and different materials you can use for block printing (linoleum, rubber, rollers, paint, paper), you will be taught the techniques to make your own stamp. You will draw your own design, put it onto the rubber and cut it into a stamp. You will learn how to print it on paper with ink the right way. After the workshop you will be equipped to continue stamping on your own or to develop your skills during our ‘pro’ workshops.

- Tools and Materials: Provided. If you turn out to be really interested in stamp-making after the workshop, we will gladly provide you will a list of shops to buy your own supplies from!

STUDIO MALU
Studio Malu is an illustration and design studio based in Maastricht. In pre-school, Luus had her first experience with cutting potatoes into funny shapes. In art school she experimented with linoleum for the first time. Since then, her love for the medium has continued to grow and she now wants to pass on her years of experience with the medium to people who have an interest in it.
