MATCHA PARFAIT WORKSHOP

For the ultimate matcha lover – learn how to make this layered Japanese Matcha Parfait dessert.

In this workshop, you will learn how to make various different components to assemble this super aesthetic dessert. We will first start with a crunchy base, then continue to layer with matcha jelly, anko, homemade ice cream, and top it off with super soft matcha tofu mochi’s and matcha cookies.
