WOODEN SPOON CARVING
Longing to work with your hands again? Then sign up for our Wooden Spoon Carving workshop! You will learn how to carve a wooden spoon in six steps. This workshop gives you the opportunity to complete a project of your own design. Your finished spoon will be oiled with pure, natural olive oil and it will last you a lifetime.

- Is the workshop child-friendly?
No.
Please wear comfortable working clothing. You will learn how to sketch a sample of your object and use all tools to curve the wood. Finishing is done with your hands – sanding the spoon with sandpaper until it has reached your desired right texture.
Each one of our workshops has a minimum number of participants required by the teacher. In case that number is not met, the workshop will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
HAE-JIN KIM
Hae-Jin Kim is a designer, artist, and maker born in Seoul, South Korea. She received both her Bachelor Fine Arts and Master of Art in Product Design from Hongik University, Seoul. Hae-Jin Kim’s work is rooted in the philosophy of structural simplicity and enduring quality. She aims to create timeless, thoughtful, genial objects and bring them to the world.
