JAPANESE RAMEN WORKSHOP
With this workshop, you will learn to make an authentic Japanese miso-based ramen from beginning to end.
We start by making ramen noodles from scratch, then continue on to make Chashu, the iconic pork slices, the miso soup base, and the marinated eggs. We end the workshop by assembling our own ramen bowls with an assortment of toppings including spinach, bean sprouts, corn, seaweed, fried burdock, and black garlic oil. All the participants will take home a serving of ramen noodles, chashu pork, and spicy seasoned green onions made by our teacher.
